Design
Our experienced sales and estimating department can assist with fleshing out and defining customer needs, unique conditions, engineering requirements, options and schedules. Our precise scope investigation and delineation of contract terms protects our customers from unforeseen circumstances and has often been incorporated into standard contract language of our customers.
Implementation
Our teams of experienced and motivated installers provide excellent service, communication and reliability. We are able to securely store customer equipment and provide our own in-house specialty tools and materials for any situation. From quick-turn office buildings and condominiums to highly complex military, industrial and laboratory settings, our people are certified, qualified, trustworthy, creative and tenacious. We will get your job done right.
Finalization
As each project progresses, our staff can provide any required as-built documentation formatted to our customer's requirements. We will assist with check-out and troubleshooting throughout the project, emphasizing quality control and conscientious customer support. We also warranty all our workmanship and materials for a minimum of one year after completion and highly value feedback on our performance.
ABOUT
MIS Energy Management LP was established in 2005 to provide high quality installation services
to the commercial controls industry throughout North Texas, Tennessee and the southern US. MIS joined the Avetta Consortium in 2020, and at the beginning of 2021 established a branch in Eastern Tennessee to support customers throughout the Southeast. MIS is bonded, insured, and highly experienced in both retrofit and new construction work, specializing in DDC building management controls, which require extensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
